SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY

All items purchased from Bass Central, except custom-orders, which are non-returnable / non-refundable, are subject to a 48-hour approval period, beginning upon receipt of item by the customer. The customer has the option to return the item for full refund or store credit minus all shipping costs*. All items must pass inspection upon return as being in exactly the same condition as when shipped from Bass Central before credit or refund will be issued. In the event of noticeable wear or damage, customer is liable for cost of repair or restoration to original condition.

* "All shipping costs" refers to both the shipping and handling costs from Bass Central to the customer as well as the cost of returning the item by the customer to Bass Central.

* Customers are also responsible for a 5% restocking fee.
